Al-Ittihad remains intent on signing Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah this summer despite the insistence from Anfield that the 31-year-old is not for sale at any price.
The winger has been the subject of interest from the Saudi side managed by Nuno Espirito Santo but, as of yet, no firm offers have been made for the former AS Roma winger.
That could be about to change, however, with Sky Sports News reporting that the Saudi side are still keen on the Liverpool forward and will do everything they can to sign Salah.
The Saudi side have been incessantly linked with the Egyptian forward and will need to be quick if they are so keen on signing Salah this summer. With the transfer window in England closing tomorrow, it seems unlikely Liverpool would sanction a sale after the transfer window.

Al-Ittihad’s £150m proposal
As well as their persistence in chasing Salah, the report from Sky also claims the Saudi side are preparing a new offer for the main man of Liverpool.
One source has reportedly told Sky Sports News the Saudis are working on a deal that could be worth £150m including add-ons, which would be a ludicrous amount of money for the forward.
Al-Ittihad are hoping to test Salah’s commitment to Liverpool, despite his agent Ramy Abbas ruling out a move earlier this month, with a lucrative salary that could make him Saudi Arabia’s top earner, ousting Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar.
However, despite the huge amount of money on the table from the Saudi side, it seems that offer still wouldn’t be enough to tempt Liverpool into a sale of their prized asset.
The only way that the Saudi side could get the deal over the line is if Salah pushes for the move himself which is what the Saudi side are hoping for according to the report.
